考虑精轧区连续变形和连续冷却的复杂边界条件,基于热传导方程和坐标映射关系,利用有限差分法,建立了精确的热连轧精轧区带材瞬态温度场模型。在连续变形区,为了便于分析与计算,将变形区由弧形映射为矩形,避免网格划分造成的计算误差,精确计算变形区带材三维温度场;在机架间非轧制区,通过迭代计算确定除鳞、水冷和空冷等边界条件的换热系数,沿纵向计算机架间带材二维瞬态温度。各段温度场计算结果互为条件,耦合迭代计算,最终提高带材终轧温度及机架间带材温度的计算精度。
Based on the different fashions of the cooling, the finish rolling area is divided into two parts, the rolling area and the no-rolling area, and with the finite difference method, the precise plate temperature field model is established. For analysis and calculation, the rolling area is mapped into the rectangle, and then the precise boundary conditions are built to calculate three dimensional temperature field of plate. In the no-rolling area, main factors are taken into account, such as the descaling, the water cooling and the air cooling and so on, to calculate two dimensional transient temperature of plate in the longitudinal direction. The results of the experiment and the simulation indicate that the model has higher computational accuracy, and accord with the actual engineering.
