废塑料软融温度低,一般为80~250 ℃,因此高炉喷吹废塑料时可能发生堵枪。为了防止堵枪,模拟高炉风温1 250 ℃,对不同种类不同粒度的废塑料在不同直径喷枪和不同固气比等条件下,进行了热态模拟喷吹实验。对堵枪机理进行了分析,结果表明,喷吹废塑料时发生堵枪的因素很复杂,塑料种类、粒度组成、喷枪直径、温度等都与堵枪密切相关。但是,合理的粒度组成和相适应的喷枪直径、合理的喷枪结构和材质以及合理的喷吹工艺制度是防止堵枪的重要措施。

The softening temperature of waste plastics is about 80-250 ℃, and it is possible to block up the gun during injecting waste plastics into blast furnace. In order to protect the gun against blocking up during injecting waste plastics into blast furnace, the thermal simulation experiment was conducted under the conditions of different kinds of waste plastics, different grain size, different diameters of gun and different ratios of waste plastics to their carrying gas at 1 250 ℃ simulating blast temperature for blast furnace. Mechanism of blocking up the gun was analyzed, and the result showed that the factor affecting blocking up the gun is very complex, and kinds of plastics and their granule, temperature, diameter of the gun, etc are all in relationship with blocking up the gun. However, reasonable granular component and corresponding diameter of the gun, suitable diameter of the gun, and reasonable technological system of the injection, etc are all important means of protecting the gun against blocking up.
