应用扫描电镜分析、能谱分析和显微镜技术等分析手段,研究了结晶器电磁搅拌对IF钢铸坯表层纯净度的影响。结果表明:结晶器电磁搅拌可有效改善铸坯表面质量,使铸坯表层皮下气泡和显微夹杂物显著减少;IF钢铸坯中夹杂物主要是Al2O3、TiN和Al2O2TiN、Al2O3-Ti2O2、Al2O3-Ti2O3-TiN型复合夹杂物;铸坯表层皮下气孔在铸坯宽度和厚度方向上均呈非均匀分布,气泡直径主要分布在50-350μm之间。

Effects of M-EMS on surface cleaniness of IF steel slab were investigated by means of SEM, EDS and microscopic techniques, etc. The results indicate that M-EMS can improve surface cleanliness and reduce inclusions, blow hole defects effectively. Al2 03 , TiN and Al2 O3-TiN, Al2 03 Ti2 O3 , A12 O3-Ti2 O3-TiN are main inclusions in the slab. The distribution of bubbles in slabs is non-homogeneous in respect of width and depth, the bubble size range of 50 to 350μm.
