碳化硼是一种非常重要的非金属材料,具有优良的力学、热学及电学性能,在军事、微电子学、核物理、空间技术等高科技领域具有广阔的应用前景.碳化硼陶瓷粉末的制备方法有碳热还原法、自蔓延高温合成法、元素直接合成法、化学气相沉积法和机械合金化法等.综述了这些方法的特点和研究进展,指出了制备碳化硼粉末的主要发展方向.

Boron carbide is an important non-metallic material with excellent mechanical,thermal and electrical properties.So boron carbide has been widely used in military,microelectronics,nuclear,space and other high-tech fields.The boron carbide powder preparation methods include carbothermal reduction,self-propagation high-tempera-ture synthesis,direct synthesis method,chemical vapor deposition and mechanical alloying.In this paper,the charac-teristics and research progress of boron carbide powder preparation methods are reviewed and the development direc-tion is pointed out.
