采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电饶、爱泼斯坦方圈等仪器系统研究了退火温度,退火时间及升温速率对冷轧无取向电工钢薄板组织及性能的影响。结果表明:可通过控制退火工艺参数使薄板发生回复和再结晶,获得一定临界尺寸的均匀粗晶从而提高电工钢的磁性能;在相同的试验条件下,升高退火温度和延长退火时间可提高电工钢的磁性能;退火温度对磁性能的影响大于退火时间的影响,并且随着升温速率的提高,电工钢的磁性能更加优异。

The effects of annealing temperature, annealing time and heating rate on mierostructure andmagnetic properties of cold roiled non-orientation electrical steel sheet were studied by optical microscopy, scanningelectron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Epstein frame. The results show that the uniform coarsegrains in critical sizes could be obtained after recovery and recrystallization by controlling the annealing parameters, and thus improve the magnetic properties of the electrical steel sheet. Under the same test condition, increasing annealing temperature and prolonging annealing time could increase the magnetic properties of the electrical steel. The effect of annealing temperature on magnetic properties was more significantly than that of annealing time, and with the increase of heating rate, the magnetic properties of the electrical steel was more excellent.
