以桐油、顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、月桂酸、三羟甲基丙烷为原料,六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺树脂(HMMM)为交联剂,制备出桐油改性醇酸氨基水性绝缘漆,采用FT-IR、DSC和TG对涂料进行结构表征和性能测试.油度增大,漆膜的吸水率降低,电气强度增大,但树脂的水溶性变差,理想的油度为37%;HMMM的加入量增大,漆膜的玻璃化温度(T<,g>)和温度指数(T<,20000>)升高,HMMM为30%时,T<,g>和T<,20000>分别达到42.0℃和151.4℃,当HMMM用量超过30%时,固化越接近完全,对耐热性影响不明显.漆膜硬度、吸水率、附着力和电性能等性能测试结果表明,绝缘漆电气强度大于80 kV/mm.综合性能优异,满足实际应用要求.
