以硫酸钛和尿素为原料,通过水热方法制备了锐钛矿相纳米晶二氧化钛光催化剂. 用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和N2吸附-脱附对所得催化剂的结构进行了表征,并通过空气中丙酮的光催化氧化反应考察了其光催化活性. 结果显示,通过水热方法不需要经过任何热处理就能制备结晶良好的锐钛矿相TiO2粉末,160 ℃水热反应3 h或180 ℃水热反应2 h制备的二氧化钛光催化剂显示出高的光催化活性,其光催化活性比Degussa P25高3倍多. 这可能是由于该方法所制备的二氧化钛光催化剂具有高的比表面积和小的晶粒尺寸引起的.
