通过差热分析确定了含Cr量分别为0,0.25%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,4.0%(摩尔分数)的CuMnCr合金的熔化温度.采用座滴法测量了不同温度下不同Cr含量的CuMnCr合金在石墨表面的铺展面积和接触角.在真空气氛中Mn的蒸发引起CuMnCr合金在石墨表面的润湿性随温度变化而变化,不同Cr含量的CuMnCr合金在石墨表面的接触角在960℃时最小.不同Cr含量的合金在不同温度下表现出最佳的铺展面积,随含Cr量的增加界面反应层的厚度增加.通过X射线衍射分析不含Cr和含Cr的合金界面反应产物分别为Mn7C3和CrxCy.
