采用两带Richardson模型,用随机矩阵理论方法研究了具有高斯能级分布的金属小颗粒的超导电性.结果表明,带间相互作用有利于金属小颗粒的超导电性.对于每一个自旋S基态,都存在着对应的超导l临界尺寸lc,当金属小颗粒的线度小于lc时,超导电性消失;S越大,lc越大;对于S≠0的自旋基态,只有超导衰减现象,对于S=0的自旋基态,随着颗粒尺寸的减小,先出现超导增强现象,随后出现超导衰减现象,理论结果与实验符合.

Based on two-band Richardson model,by random matrix method we have studied the superconductivity of small metallic particles with Gaussian energy level distribution.The obtained results show that interband interaction is favorable for the superconductivity.There is different superconducting critical dimension lc for different spin S ground state,and superconductivity will disappear if the particle dimension is smaller than critical dimension.lc increases with the increase of S.For S ≠ 0,only superconducting attenuation phenomenon appears;for S =0,with the decrease of metal particle dimension the superconducting enhancement phenomenon appears first,and then the superconducting attenuation phenomenon appears.Our results are in agreement with experiments.
