采用电化学方法研究了3 A21铝合金在乙二醇水溶液中在不同浓度、温度和浸泡时间条件下的腐蚀电化学行为。采用扫描电子显微镜研究了腐蚀前后3 A21铝合金的形貌及表面腐蚀产物。结果表明,随着乙二醇水溶液浓度的增加,铝合金腐蚀速率下降;随着溶液温度升高,铝合金腐蚀速率增大;随着铝合金浸泡时间的延长,一方面,氧化膜的生成和溶解达到动态平衡,另一方面氧化膜薄弱区出现点蚀,点蚀的发展伴随着点蚀的自愈合,并向点蚀加剧方向发展。

The electrochemical corrosion behaviors of 3A21 aluminum alloy in ethylene glycol-water solutions at different temperatures,concentrations and immersion times were studied by electrochemical methods.The surface characteristics and corrosion products were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).It was found that with increasing the ethylene glycol concentration,the corrosion rate of the aluminum alloy decreased,and with increasing the temperature,the corrosion rate of the alloy increased.With increasing the immersion time,the formation and dissolution of oxide film on the alloy achieved dynamic equilibrium,and pitting appeared at the weak areas on the oxide film.The development of pitting was accompanied by pitting self-healing and pitting aggravation.
