为提高羟基磷灰石涂层的长期稳定性,喷涂后的热处理晶化是常用手段之一,但关于晶化过程中组织与性能的变化仍存在一些争议.从晶化处理对涂层的相变、显微组织变化、结合强度变化和生物学性能的影响4个方面进行了综述,同时提出晶化处理中仍存在界面结合强度的减弱及优化涂层表面组织的问题,这将是延伸并完善晶化工艺的关键性问题.
