对4145H无缝钢管内壁表面裂纹进行分析。结果表明，裂纹属于淬火裂纹，钢管内表层存在成分偏析及疏松缺陷，使钢管在淬火过程中内应力过大造成开裂。
The analysis was made on the inner surface crack of 4145H seamless steel tube. The result showed that it was quenching crack. In the inner surface of tube, there were composition segregation and loose defect, which caused internal stresses in tube during quenching and then cracked.
