高级检索

采用高温旋转黏度计、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段,研究了MgO和ZnO引入量的调整对锂铝硅微晶玻璃熔制温度、高温黏度和晶化过程的影响.结果表明:增大MgO和ZnO的引入量可以有效地降低母体玻璃的黏度.当MgO和ZnO引入量从2.0wt%增大到8.Owt%时,母体玻璃的高温黏度明显降低,熔制温度从1650℃降低到1545℃,晶化处理后析出的主晶相由β-锂辉石固溶体向LixAlxSi1-xO2固溶体转变,析晶速率加快,主晶相含量升高.此外,结合Raman光谱分析可以发现,试样中有微量的锐钛矿晶相析出.
