用真空热压烧结法,向含有SiC颗粒的Ce—TZP陶瓷中添加不同含量的Al2O3颗粒;通过XRD、SEM、EDS和力学试验设备等研究了Al2O3含量对复合陶瓷力学性能的影响及其强韧化机理。结果表明:随着Al2O3含量的增加,复合陶瓷的抗弯强度和断裂韧度呈先升高后降低的趋势,Al2O3物质的量分数为9%时其综合性能最佳;Al2O3颗粒细化了陶瓷晶粒,对复合陶瓷材料中的裂纹有偏转和桥联的作用;部分Al2O3颗粒嵌入到ZrO2基体晶粒内,形成“晶内型”结构,使材料发生穿晶断裂,提高了材料的强韧性。

Different contents of Al2O3 particles were added into Ce-TZP ceramics containing SiC particles using vacuum hot-pressing sintering. The effect of Al2O3 content on mechanical properties of the complex ceramics and strength and toughness mechanism were investigated By means of XRD, SEM, EDS and mechanical tester. The results show that with the increase of Al2O3 content, the bending strength and fracture toughness increased first and then decreased, the best comprehensive properties could be obtained when the mole fraction of Al2O3 was 9%. The Al2O3 particles could refine the grains, and had deflection and bridging action on the cracks. Some Al2O3 particles embedded into ZrO2 matrix grains, formed intragranular structure, which induced the transgranular fracture and increased the strength and toughness.
