针对双流程吸收塔进行了动态反应的冷态实验研究.实验结果显示,双流程吸收塔内的实际床层高度随着浆液喷射压力、液气比和烟气流速的增大而提高;床层平均压降随着气相雷诺数、液气比和浆液流量的提高而增大.利用PDF法和PSD法对双流程吸收塔内气液两相流动的流型进行鉴别,得到了吸收塔内流动形态的详细变化过程;并初步实现了PSD法对双流程吸收塔内流动的流型鉴别,为确定吸收塔内最佳的传热传质状况提供了参考和依据.
