用溶胶一凝胶(Sel-Gel)方法成功地制备了RhodamineB激光染料掺杂的有机无机复合硅钛凝胶玻璃,在二极管泵浦Nd:YAG激光器倍频光(532nm)作用下,得到了连续可调的激光输出.用IR、TG/DTA、光谱等手段分析了凝胶基质材料的热学、力学及光学等性能,实验发现,有机改性凝胶玻璃成胶以及机械加工、热学、力学及光学等性能均较好,是一种适于各类激光染料及非线性染料掺杂的理想固态基质材料.

The sol-gel processing of acid-catalyzed tetraethoxysilane or tetrabutoxytitanate and MMA(monomeric methyl methacrylate), GPTMS(3-glycidyl propyl trimethoxisilane) to
produce laser dye Rhodamine B doped silica and titania organical modified sol-gel materials was systematically studied. Pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to
outline the regions of stability of the sol-gel system on certain conditions. IR, TG/DTA, absorption and emission spectra were used to analyse the thermal,
machnical, optical properties of the sol-gel materials. It was found that TiO2-Ormosils exhibited good thermal stability, mechanical and optical properties.
