以高铝矾土、苏州土、蓝晶石、和半水石膏为主要原料,添加Ca(OH)_2作为钙源,进行了钙长石莫来石复相耐高温材料的物相设计.利用XRD和SEM研究了不同的原料配比、合成温度对高温固相合成钙长石莫来石复相耐高温材料的物相和显微结构的影响.结果表明,在1400 ℃保温3 h,原料通过高温固相反应法可以得到钙长石和莫来石为主要物相的复相耐高温材料.

Anorthite/mullite composite refractories was prepared using kyanite, suzhou clay, semi-hydrated gypsum and high alumina bauxite as raw materials and Ca(OH)_2 additive as calcium source. The influence of raw materials ratio and reaction temperature on phases and microstructure of the composite refractories was studied by XRD and SEM. The results show that the composite refractories can be prepared at 1400 ℃ for 3 h by high temperature solid state reaction method. The main phases of the composite are Anorthite and mullite.
