首次合成了一种新型的蓝色电致发光材料--联苯乙烯衍生物4,4'-双[2,2-(1-萘基,苯基)]苯乙烯基)-1,1'-联苯(NPVBi),由于材料有较高的玻璃化转变温度,使它具有较好的热稳定性.制备了结构为ITO/TPD/NPVBi/Alq/LiF/Al的电致发光器件,研究了其电致发光性质,得到了色纯度较好的蓝色发光.特别是器件在不同的工作电流下,色坐标基本不变,色度相当稳定.研究表明NPVBi有望成为一种良好的蓝色发光材料.
