为提高红土镍矿金属品位及回收率,采用含碳球团还原焙烧-磁选分离工艺对镍品位为145%(质量分数,余同)的红土镍矿进行了处理,研究了还原温度、配碳量、还原时间以及磁选工艺对Ni、Fe品位和回收率的影响。试验结果表明:随着还原温度和配碳量的增加,Ni、Fe品位及回收率均会增加,其中温度的影响最大,配碳量次之,时间最小。1000℃以下,还原产物多表现为弱磁性;1200℃时,Ni、Fe主要以强磁性物质存在;当还原温度为1200℃,碳、氧摩尔比为12,还原时间为30min,磁场强度在(1000~1143)×10-4 T时,Ni、Fe品位及回收率最佳。

In order to improve the grade and recovery ratio of Ni and Fe, process of reduction roasting and magnetic separation of nickel laterite carbon bearing pellets was utilized to investigate the effects of temperature, carbon dosage, time and magnetic intensity. The results show that, with the increase of temperature and carbon dosage, more and more Ni and Fe can be enriched, while the impact of time was little; the reduced products performs weak magnetism below 1000℃, and when temperature is up to 1200℃, most Ni and Fe can exist as strong magnetic substance. It was evident that the best results would be achieved when T=1200℃, C/O=12, t=30min and magnetic intensity was 1000×10-4 T to 1143×10-4 T.
