以异硫氰酸荧光素标记的牛血清白蛋白为模型药物,采用同步荧光法测定了大鼠尾静脉注射模型药物后血浆中药物浓度随时间的变化.系统研究了样品处理、测试条件等一系列因素对测试结果的影响,建立了一种简单有效的测定生物体内的微量外源性蛋白质的方法,并与酶联免疫吸附法测定结果进行了比较,二者的测试结果具有良好的一致性.
