采用微弧氧化技术在MB8镁合金表面制备了陶瓷膜,使用的电解质溶液清洁、对环境友好.分析了选用不同制备参数时对应的电流密度与时间的关系曲线.同时,分析了陶瓷氧化膜厚度、微观形貌、膜层结构和成分.结果表明,随着电压和频率的增加,微弧氧化陶瓷层的厚度呈快速增长趋势,而随着占空比的增加,膜层的厚度呈先增加后减小的趋势.当电压为200V和250V时,陶瓷膜分布着大量不规则的堆积层,主要为Si、Ca、P的产物.
