研究了用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法制备BaNd2Ti4O12微波介质陶瓷超细粉.在弱碱性条件下(pH≈7.0~8.0,以EDTA为络合剂,将Ba2+、Sm3+、Ti4+溶解于含有丙烯酰胺单体、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈、交联剂n,n'-亚甲基丙烯酰胺的水溶液中,得到了稳定的溶胶体系,在100℃左右引发该体系聚合为高分子凝胶.干燥后,于1000℃煅烧2 h,得到结晶的BaNd2Ti4O12陶瓷粉体.X射线衍射分析表明,基本为纯相BaNd2Ti4O12,未见第2相析出;用热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析了凝胶的热解过程.用透射电镜观察了粉体的形貌,二次粒子呈球形,粒径约为50 nm左右.
