采用两种不同的方法,分别测定工业用黄铜H68锯齿屈服的表观激活能。结果表明,用涉及(m+β)值的方法测出的锯齿屈服表现激活能随晶粒增大而增大;而另一种方法避开了(m+β)值,所测得激活能不随晶粒大小而改变。结合显微组织的观察,对上述现象进行了解释,并确定了测定锯齿屈服真正激活能的方法。

The apparant activation energy of serrated yielding was measured bytwo different methods for a commercial brass H68. The results showed that theapparant activation energy of serrated yielding measured by a method involving(m + β) values increases with the grain size. In contrast, those measured by anothermethod without involving (m + β) values are all the same for specimens with differ-ent grain sizes. Combining with the observation of the microstructures the abovephenomena have been explained. The method to measure the true activation energyof serrated yielding has also been proposed.
