为定量分析埋地管道沿线的土壤腐蚀因素,采用灰色系统理论,对影响某油田埋地管道土壤腐蚀性的各个相关因素进行了灰色关联分析,计算出关联度并进行排序。结果表明,影响该油田埋地管道沿线土壤腐蚀性的主要因素依次为:SO4^2-含量、Cl含量、土壤电阻率、土壤含水率、温度、氧化还原电位;而次要因素依次为:自然电位、土壤的pH值。其中又以SO4^2-含量和Cl-含量的影响最为显著。

In order to analyze the influencing factors of soil corrosion along a buried pipeline quantitatively, the grey system theory was used to analyze relevant factors affecting soil corrosivity along the buried pipeline in a oil field, the correlation was calculated and sorted. The results showed that the main factors affecting the soil corrosivity along the buried pipeline of the oil field followed the order: sulfate ion content, chloride ion content, soil resistivity, water content, temperature, oxidation-reduction potential. The secondary factors followed: natural potential, pH value. Among the factors, the influence of sulfate ion content and chloride ion content are particularly remarkable.
