采用等离子喷涂技术在AZ31镁合金表面制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料涂层.借助SEM、TEM和XRD等技术分析了涂层的微观组织结构,通过测定涂层电极电位、盐雾实验和磨损实验研究了涂层的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性能.结果表明,Al/Al_2O_3涂层的相组成主要为Al、Al_2O_3、Mg_(17)Al_(12);Al_2O_3颗粒均匀镶嵌在Al基体中;Mg_(17),Al_(12)主要分布于涂层与镁合金基材的界面处.与镁合金相比,Al/Al_2O_3涂层具有更高的耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能.

Al/Al_2O_3 composite coating was deposited on AZ31 magnesium alloy by plasma spray. The microstructure of the coating was examined by means of SEM, TEM and XRD. Corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coating were also investigated. The results show that the coating consists mainly of Al, Al_2O_3, andMg_(17)Al_(12) phases. Al_2O_3 particles are uniformly embedded in Al matrix and Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase mainly distributes at interface of the coating and magnesium alloy. Compared with magnesium alloy, Al/Al_2O_3 coating has not only higher corrosion resistance but also higher wear resistance.
