借助商业有限元软件MSC/Superform，研究了薄轮辋、深盆形车轮的成形技术，较好地解决了具有薄轮辋、深盆形特点车轮的热成形工艺设计问题，获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

The shape characteristic of railway wheel with thin rim width and deep dish was presented. The hot forming technology was studied by applying MSC/superform commercial software, and a correct solution to designing hot forming technology of this kind of wheel was worked out. Through Industrial production, high economic effect and social benefits can be obtained.
