介绍了利用新疆菱铁矿进行500mm厚料层烧结杯试验的研究结果。探讨了烧结矿的碱度、固体燃料的用量及菱铁矿与磁铁矿不同配比等因素对烧结矿质量的影响,并结合菱铁矿烧结性能和矿相分析找到了获得较高质量烧结矿的最佳工艺参数,尽可能地利用菱铁矿资源进行烧结生产。试验结果表明:配碳量在4.8%~5.7%(质量分数,下同)时,菱铁矿配加少量磁铁矿进行烧结可以得到各项性能良好的烧结矿。碱度对烧结矿质量影响较小,提高烧结矿的碱度不能很好地改善烧结矿的矿相结构。高配比菱铁矿烧结所得到的烧结矿疏松多孔,转鼓强度能达到50%左右,可以达到中、小型高炉生产要求。

With Xinjiang siderite as the main raw material,500mm deep bed sintering test was carried out under the laboratory conditions.The sintering tests with different sinter basicity,solid fuel ratio and siderite ratio were performed.By analying the sinter properties of siderite and mineralogical structure,the optimal parameters were obtained.Under the optimized conditions,the siderite could be used in sinter production as much as possible.The results show that the siderite sintering with a small amount of magnetite can obtain good sinter varieties,when the coke ratio is 4.8%-5.7%.Basicity has little influence on experimental results.The sinter using high ratio of siderite can meet the requirement of small and medium blast furnace with loose porous structure and about 50% of drum index.
