通过自主开发的熔融快淬炉制备出了铁基非晶合金纤维,研究了制备工艺参数对纤维几何尺寸、微观形貌的影响,结果表明:转轮线速度、线圈功率(熔体温度)及气氛等对其微观形貌和几何尺寸的影响较大,通过调整优化工艺参数可稳定地制备直径为10~40μm可调的非晶磁性纤维.通过适当热处理可得到双相纳米晶磁性合金纤维.
