钼蓝青铜A0.3MoO3(A为K,Rb或T1)是一类典型的低维材料,由于它们具有与电荷密度波(CDW)、自旋密度波(SDW)及超导相联系的奇异性质,因而受到了人们广泛的关注.长期以来对蓝青铜的研究主要在单晶上开展,本文则采用热等静压方法成功制备出了钾蓝青铜多晶材料,对于蓝青铜薄膜应用中对靶材的制备有实际意义.电阻温度关系曲线的测量显示,钾蓝青铜K0.3MoO3在180K附近发生导体到半导体的Peierls相变.
