在深海环境中,海水的压力、温度和含氧量等因素会影响有机涂层的使用寿命.本文研究模拟深海环境对涂层带有人工破损时,涂覆以改性厚浆环氧防锈涂层的907A钢试样在天然海水中的电化学阻抗谱响应特征和涂层耐蚀性能变化.结果表明,在相同破损率和相同浸泡时间条件下,与常压下试样相比,处于25 MPa的压力下试样的阻抗幅值显著变小,而且随浸泡时间延长,试样的涂层电容呈增加趋势,极化电阻不断减小,证实了海水压力加速了涂层的失效过程.同时表明,在模拟深海环境中运用电化学交流阻抗对研究有机涂层失效过程是可行的.

In deep-sea environment,the high pressure of seawater can also affect the lifetime of organic coatings and probably induces synergistic effect with other factots.In this paper,the EIS response characteristic of the deterioration process of epoxy antirust organic coating on 907A steel in highpressured natural seawater environments in laboratory was studied.The results demonstrated that the impedance of coating with artificial defects in seawater under 2.5 MPa pressure decreased faster than that under atmospheric pressure,and with the increase of immersion time,the capacitance of the samples increased,and the resistance decreased under 2.5 MPa pressure,indicating that high pressure greatly accelerated the degradation of organic coating.Moreover,EIS was feasible to analyze deterioration behavior of organic coating in high-pressure environment.
