以邯钢SPCC为原料,研究冰箱侧板的工业罩式退火生产工艺。首先,在实验室测定冷轧板随炉升温、随炉降温、保温2 h的退火名义再结晶温度;测量了退火后铁素体的晶粒尺寸,计算了该钢种细晶强化对于钢板屈服强度的贡献,最后得出需要满足冰箱侧板屈服强度的铁素体晶粒尺寸。据此分析用罩式退火工艺生产冰箱侧板的可行性。然后,根据试验结果制定了3种工业试制方案。工业试制完成后,观察了罩式退火后钢卷冷、热点金相组织;测量了退火后冷、热点铁素体的晶粒尺寸,测定了不同退火工艺条件下钢卷冷、热点力学性能,分析了组织与性能的关系,最终确定邯钢冰箱侧板的罩式退火生产工艺。

SPCC plates produced in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.were used as tested materials to investigate industrial batch annealing process of refrigerator side plate.First,the plates were heated and cooled with furnace,held at different experimental temperature for 2 h in the laboratory,the recrystallization temperature and grain size of ferrite were measured.The contribution of fine grain strengthening on the yield strength was calculated.Secondly,according to laboratory experimental results,three schemes for industrial batch annealing were given.After the batch annealing,the cold point and hot point microstructure of the coil was observed,the grain size of ferrite and mechanical properties of coil were measured.The batch annealing process of refrigerator side plate was presented finally.
