采用哈克转矩流变仪制备了未成核聚丙烯(PP)/尼龙6(PA6)、β-成核PP/PA6和PP-g-MA、POE-g-MA、EVA-g-MA增容β-成核PP/PA6合金,用差示扫描量热计(DSC)和广角X射线衍射分析仪(WAXD)研究了PP/PA6合金中PA6含量、不同类型相容刑及熔融温度对PP/PA6合金结晶与熔融行为的影响.结果表明,PA6对未成核PP结晶起α-成核作用,能提高PP结晶温度(Tc);但PA6对β-PP/PA6合金中pPP的Tc和β-PP含量影响不大;增容剂PP-g-MA、POE-g-MA和EVA-g-MA的加入有利于提高合金中β-PP含量;β-PP/PA6合金中的β-PP含量与熔融温度有关,高温有利于形成更高含量的β-PP.
