以高铝矾土为原料,采用差热(DTA)-热重(TG)和高温X射线衍射(HXRD)动态在线研究高铝矾土合成矾土基莫来石过程中的相变化.结果表明,加热过程变化分为3个阶段:脱水阶段(400~900℃),包括水铝石脱水(400~580℃)、高岭石脱水(400~700℃)和叶蜡石脱水(700~900℃);一次莫来石阶段(980~1200℃),包括偏高岭石(>980℃)和偏叶蜡石(>1080℃)形成一次莫来石;二次莫来石阶段(>1200℃),即Al2O3与SiO2反应生成莫来石阶段.
