为了解决普通覆盖剂在连铸生产中遇到的中包渣易结壳、中包前期钢水增碳较重的问题,对选用的碱性中包化渣剂进行了应用可行性分析和工业应用试验。结果表明,碱性中包化渣剂的化渣效果较好,中包前三炉钢水平均增碳由原来的0.028%降低到0.0023%,铸坯酸溶铝损失率降低4.94%,中包渣中吸收氧化铝夹杂量增加1.14%,保温性能、耗量和减缓耐材侵蚀方面均好于普通覆盖剂。

In order to solve problems of covering flux in continuous casting, such as slagging-formed crust in the tundish and serious carbon pick-up of molten steel, the possibility analysis and industrial experiments concerning the application of basic tundish slagging agent were carried out. The results show that the basic slagging agent was good in its performance. The average carbon pick-up of molten steel in the tundish for the first three heats decreased from 0. 028 -%00 to 0. 002 3 %. The loss ratio of acid soluble aluminum of billet reduced by 4. 94 %, and absorbed alumina inclusion of slagging agenton increased by 1.14 %. The basic slagging agent is much better than ordinary covering flux in insulation property, consumption, and erosion to refractory.
