利用4,4′-二氨基-4″-羟基三苯甲烷(DAHTM)和偏苯三酸酐(TMA)通过缩合反应与热亚胺化反应,合成出端羧基亚胺(CI-DAHTM)溶液,再与环氧树脂-CTBN端羧基丁腈橡胶共聚物及固化剂复配,制得了端羧基亚胺-环氧粘合剂体系,并对其性能进行了研究.结果表明:端羧基亚胺-环氧粘合剂的综合性能优异,其拉伸剪切强度高达15 MPa以上.

An imide solution with carboxylic end groups was synthesized through condensation reaction and thermal imidization reaction between 4,4′-diamino-4″-hydroxytriphenylmethane and trimellitic anhy-dride. The novel epoxy adhesive modified by imide with carboxylic end groups was prepared by blend-ing the obtained solution with epoxy resin-CTBN copolymer and curing agent, and its properties were studied. The results show that the epoxy adhesive has very excellent comprehensive properties, and the tensile sheer strength is up to 15 MPa above.
