STUDIES ON COLD BONDED BRIQUETTES TECHNOLOGY OF DUST FROM STEEL INDUSTRY

针对首钢粉尘进行了冷固结实验研究,通过对单种粉尘和混合粉尘的冷固结球团冷态性能的研究,得出以下结论:利用糖浆、水玻璃或水泥作为粘结剂时,冷固结球团可作为转炉冷却剂或高炉添加剂使用;以水泥、聚乙烯醇与CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)混合液体作粘结剂、并且条件适当的情况下,冷固结球团可以作为高炉添加剂使用.
