在充分考虑温度场对轧制力能参数作用的条件下 ，利用ANSYS软件对不锈钢/铝复合带液固相复合轧制过程的力能参数(包括变形体内部的应 变、应力分布及变形体与轧辊接触面的应力分布和轧制力)进行了计算。计算结果基本与实 测结果吻合，说明本模型是比较有效和可靠的。
Considering the effect of temper ature on rolling parameter, the ANSYS soft ware was used to calculate the rollin g parameter in liquid-solid rolling, the strain and stress distribution within the deforming body, the stress distribution on the contact surface between Al an d roller, and the rolling force.The calculated results were close to the measured ones.
