采用溶剂热合成法制备B-TiO2,研究了B掺杂量对TiO2光催化剂物化性质和光催化降解甲基橙活性的影响.实验结果表明,B-TiO2样品均为四方晶系锐钛矿型结构,掺杂B后引起TiO2晶粒尺寸减小和颗粒细化,比表面积随B含量增加而逐渐增大.B离子主要进入TiO2晶格占据O的位置形成O-Ti-B结构,B-TiO2的晶胞体积比纯TiO2有所减小,孔径大小和孔容积略有增大.B-TiO2的光催化活性普遍优于TiO2,吸附性能随B掺杂量的增加而逐渐下降,3%B掺杂的TiO2具有最佳的光催化活性.
