聚乳酸静电纺丝纳米纤维因具有孔隙率小、比表面积大等优点,在组织工程、药物控释等领域具有广阔的应用前景.文中综述了聚乳酸纳米纤维的制备方法及其结构形貌与性能,并介绍了聚乳酸纳米纤维作为药物缓释体系的载体对药物的负载和释放的研究现状,同时对聚乳酸纳米纤维在组织工程和生物医药等领域的研究进行了展望.
