以人造棉布为原料,经(NH4)2HPO4浸渍后炭化、石墨化处理制备柔性的碳布材料.研究了浸渍液对人造棉布炭化历程的影响,以及碳布收率、电阻率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率的变化规律.结果表明,经过(NH4)2HPO4的浸渍,碳布的炭化收率从11.3%提高到31.3%;电阻率有明显下降,石墨化后碳布的电阻率降为0.068Ω·cm;断裂伸长率为14.7%.同时具有良好的透气性能和一定的强度,可用于燃料电池气体扩散层材料.
