通过测试膜重、结合力和耐碱性,研究了表面活性剂对锌系磷化膜的影响.结果表明,在磷化液中添加表面活性剂,锌系磷化膜的膜重减轻,所形成的磷化膜更加致密,晶粒更小,其结合力和耐碱性得到增强.
