本文分别测量了四种稀土离子(Eu3+、Pr3+、Nd3、Er3+)掺杂BGO晶体的荧光光谱,并对晶体的发光机制进行了分析.结果表明,掺杂稀土元素的离子半径是影响BGO晶体发光效率的重要因素之一.
