通过宏观观察、金相、扫描电镜及能谱等检验手段,对厚度为45mm的SS400B中厚板边部缺陷进行了检验和分析。检验发现钢板缺陷附近有氧化和脱碳现象并有少量非金属夹杂物,并且基体中有未轧合的气泡。可见连铸坯表面气泡和皮下针孔气泡是造成钢板边部缺陷的主要原因。

Defect of SS400B plate edge with 45ram in thickness was tested and analyzed by macroscopic observation, metallography, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectrometer). The results showed that there were oxidation, decarburization and non-metallic inclusions near the defect, and some bubbles remained in the matrix after rolling, which indicated that the bubbles on the continuous casting slab surface and oinholes were the main cause of the defect on plate's edge.
