由于环境保护和军事应用的需要,热电材料的研究引起了人们极大的关注.为了成功地与其他换能系统竞争,必须使ZT提高到1.5~3.论述了降低材料维数,研究功能梯度材料,研究新材料如氧化物热电材料、电子晶体声子玻璃结构材料、准晶材料、填充式导电聚合物复合材料等3条提高ZT值的途径.
