以电熔镁砂为主原料,分别以Mg(NO_3)_2·6H_2O、MgSO_4·7H_2O、Na_2SiO_3·5H_2O、Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O和MgCl_2·6H_2O为结合剂,制得40 mm×40 mm×40 mm试样;测量了试样低温耐压强度,并对其环保性进行了评价;研究了结合剂Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O添加量对试样耐压强度、显气孔率和体积密度等物理性能的影响.结果表明:在加入等量结合剂时,采用Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O结合的氧化镁质干式料低温耐压强度高于分别以其余4种无机盐结合的试样,且在热处理过程中,对环境最友好;Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O的添加量以5%较为适宜.

The specimens with the dimension of 40 mm×40 mm×40 mm were prepared by ramming with the electric-fused magnesia as the main starting material and inorganic salt as the binder, which was Mg(NO_3)_2·6H_2O, MgSO_4·7H_2O, Na_2SiO_3·5H_2O, Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O and MgCl_2·6H_2O respectively. The compressive strength of the specimens baked at 200 ℃ for 3 h were tested and the environmental friendship were also evaluated. Based on the above experiment, the effect of adding amount of the binder Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O on the compressive strength, apparent porosity and bulk density of the specimens was studied. The results show that: when the amount of the binder is the same, the compressive strength of the magnesia based dry vibration mix bonded by Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O baked at 200 ℃ for 3 h is higher than that of the specimens bonded by other binders, and Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O is most environmentally friendly in the course of heat treatment; when the amount of Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O is 5% , the prepared magnesia based dry vibration mixture has better mechanical properties.
