研究了碳纳米管膜形变诱导电阻的变化.所用的碳纳米管是用热灯丝化学气相沉积法合成的.实验表明碳纳米管膜具有显著的形变诱导电阻变化的特性.室温下碳纳米管膜电阻的增减与施加形变的方向有关,其电阻相对变化量的大小与形变量之间呈近似线性关系.同多壁管膜相比,单壁管膜的电阻变化强于多壁管膜,化学处理对该效应有明显的增强作用.电阻随形变变化的原因可能是能隙变化和管之间接触电阻变化所致.
