采用真空热压烧结工艺制备了一种添加纳米固体润滑剂CaF2的自润滑陶瓷材料,研究其在室温25℃到600℃环境下与40Cr钢销干摩擦时的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:自润滑陶瓷材料的摩擦系数与磨损率随环境温度的升高而逐渐降低,600℃时摩擦系数降低到0.21,磨损率降低到2.4×10-6 mm3/N·m.常温下自润滑陶瓷材料的磨损机理是磨粒磨损,高温环境同时存在磨粒磨损和粘着磨损.高温环境下摩擦表面纳米CaF2含量的增加和固体润滑膜的形成是摩擦磨损性能改善的主要原因.
