针对天津地铁盾构施工生产的渣土大量堆砌、利用率和附加值低的现状,将渣土作为矿物掺合料,研究了不同渣土掺量对C30混凝土工作性能、力学性能和抗渗性能影响。结果表明:(1)随着渣土掺量增加,混凝土坍落度呈现逐渐降低趋势;(2)掺加渣土后,混凝土抗压强度均低于基准组,当渣土掺量为10%时,其28 d抗压强度与基准组抗压强度相近;(3)适量渣土掺量可以改善C30混凝土抗渗性能,当渣土掺量为水泥的15%时,抗渗性能最佳。

At present, the muck from subway exits pile , low utilization and low added value , therefore, the influence of different contents of muck as admixtures on workability , mechanical properties and impermeability of C30 concrete are studied in this paper .The experimental results indicate that the slump decrease gradually with the increasing of muck contents .The compressive strengths of concrete is smaller than the reference group with the increasing of muck contents .The compressive strength of concrete at 28 days is similar with the reference group when the content of muck is 10%of cement contents .A moderate amount muck contents can improve the impermeability of C 30 concrete , when admixture of muck content is 15%, the concrete impermeability is the best .
