在最佳条件下(TiCl3 0.15 mol/L NaCl饱和溶液,170 ℃,4 h,含N添加剂与Ti物质的量比为 1∶ 10)用水热法尝试在玻璃基板上制备了TiO2微米球,SEM、TEM和XRD技术表征结果说明,加尿素添加剂制备了完美的TiO2微米球, TiO2晶体为金红石型,并讨论了产物的形成机理.
