利用高温高压釜模拟某油田实际工况, 根据环氧涂层腐蚀前后电化学阻抗谱(EIS)的变化和宏观、微观形貌变化以及能谱分析, 考察了CO2对环氧涂层防腐性能的影响. 结果表明, 与单纯的NaCl溶液相比, 溶液中CO2的存在加速了环氧涂层的失效过程; 而且随着温度的升高, 涂层失效加速.

The anti-corrosion property of an epoxy coating on 16 Mn steel was studied by use of autoclave. The epoxy coating was exposed to a medium containing 1.8 g/L NaCl and CO2 with a partial pressure of 1.8 MPa at temperatures 30℃, 60℃ and 90℃ respectively. The characteristics of coating before and after corrosion were examined by EIS, SEM and EDX. The experimental results show that the presence of CO2  increased the degradation process of the epoxy coating in NaCl medium. In addition, with the increasing of temperature, the degradation of the coating was further accelerated.
